modifyed stock intake (2 1bbls?)
and puting the carbs between cylin 2 and 3 and between 4 and 5 ports.
Am I wrong to think if I put them centered on port 2 and 5 that 2 and 5 will steal too much mixture from the others?
what I am looking for is at least 220 hp from this.
I am also planing on using a bowl ported head with 1.94 and 1.6 valves and a crane 260 cam and efi exh manifolds and duals
Well what do you all think of this?

Maybe you can do something similar with 2 manifolds cut and welded. BTW if you use a balance tube between 3 and 4 (and you should) it migh make more sense to put the carbs between 1-2 and 5-6 since the center cylingers get some support from the other manifold.
