Need some advice....
So Im rebuilding my fame and noticed so much rust and everything behind the coil tower. So to fix the future problem I removed the rivets... what bolts are best to replace with?? 95 ford ranger and also what is the best heat and noise insulation for inside the cab?

Frame not fame sorry..

the rivets that hold the spring and shock tower. Sorry
