Speed bouncing and overdrive light flashing
Has anyone had this problem?needed on my dash is bouncing and overdrive light keeps flashing

Yes many have.

could be any one of the following
VSS failing, Metal in diff, VSS wiring, PSOM issue, dask cold solder joint or even an alt with a bad diode can do it.
