My HVAC blower fan is only working intermittently. The blend door is moving correctly so it's not a vacuum problem, I've checked the fuses and the relay, and I replaced the blower fan resistor with no luck. When I first start the truck after it's been sitting the ac works as it should, but it typically will only blow for about 5 minutes and then just stops. I'm not sure what to check at this point. Could the blower motor just be shot or should I start trying to find loose grounds or something?
It probably needs a new blower motor

Of course it could be the switch and the resistor is out
Test by first just smacking the blower motor around a bit next time it quits
Or better yet, right now and see if you can make it quit by smacking it around some (interrogate)
If it will not quit, you'll need a test light on the power circuit looking for switch failure (test light on the motor)
I have seen a whole bunch of both these days with the newer switches failing on me where the old ones NEVER did
Just went out and tried to run it and it's not running which makes sense because I drove it about 60 miles this morning. It really only runs when it's first started after sitting overnight. I tried rapping on it with a hammer and brass drift and it still wouldn't come on. I did unplug it and a test light on pin 2 shows it's getting power when the switch is turned on in the cab. This seems to be pointing to a new blower motor unless there's something I'm missing. If G203 wasn't buried in the dash I'd be inclined to check that as well but that seems like a lot of work.
UPDATE: I just tried beating on it again and it did finally start running, really weak and it sounded like a playing card in the spokes of a bicycle. Hit it a few more times and the sound went away and it started blowing stronger. Guess that confirms it. Guess I'll be placing an Rock Auto order. Napa also has the Four Seasons one in stock but it's like twice the price but it is just down the road. Decisions, decisions.

Got the blower motor swapped and that did the trick. I figured out that the Duralast one they sell at Advance has the same part number as the Four Seasons blower. It was $50 and after looking at the label and build it appears to indeed be a rebranded Four Seasons unit. I'm glad to have the ac working going into the Texas summer. Thanks for the help and guidance.
