I would think to trigger that warning, you'd also need to trigger the warning light on the dash of the vehicle. Have you been driving both regularly? Sometimes you get a warning when the TPMS battery runs out as well, so the actual pressure might be fine but the sensor could be dead.
This is a Ford Pass message? At the top of the screen, mine is the top left corner, you should have the option to choose which vehicle you're working with.
The alert comes up on messages top right corner no matter which vehicle you are looking at
So you've actually selected each of the vehicles, scrolled to the bottom of the screen and clicked on the symbol that looks like an open end wrench...on the right, bottom for me...and there's no alert showing?

That could well be. I just replaced the tpms sensors in my 2019 wheels so that my new truck would see them. The tire shot wanted $60 ea to do them. I bought pre-programmed sensors on Amazon for less than $90/all 4. Took me about 20 minutes each to swap them once I got thr bead breaking down pat. A week later my neighbor told me that he had a tire machine...
