Hey All,

I'm Bill and live in Greenwood Village Colorado. I've started a new project that I've been told "You're crazy". I'm building a '56 F100 big window (I've owned for over 20 years) to be a 90% daily driver and 10% autocross participant using a (salvaged) 2025 Mustang Dark Horse Premium as my donor car. The crazy part is I'm not just using the engine and trans but am attempting to use all the control modules with as many as the features that will work. The only restriction is to not compromise the look of the '56 ( with exception of being lowered with bigger/wider wheels and tires). Obviously there are problems to overcome that will need expert advice of which I'll be asking this community. The first question is where would you post the thread? In the new forums or the vintage old forums?
Thank you,
Bill

Be sure not to rev your engine too much in Greenwood Village! The neighbors will gasp, and might even give a dirty look!

If it were me, I'd post the build thread over in 1948 - 1956 F1, F100 & Larger F-Series Trucks forum, and then start threads elsewhere as needed for specific issues. In those other threads, if you want, add a link to help the more curious folks get to your build thread.

Welcome aboard!
