Hi everyone I’m running out of places for help with my 2019 f250 6.7 4x4 crew cab Lariat. I had a 2.5 inch leveling kit installed about 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with my steering since. I have zero return steer and have to correct the wheel to the left Togo straight and if I hit a bump it’s all over the place! I have done 4 alignments with 3 of them changing out the caster camber sleeves no change. I did all new shocks new steering stabilizer new sway bar no help. Down sized my tires from 37 to 33 no help. I called S@B a few weeks ago and told them my problem and they said I need radius arm drop brackets to give it more caster. So I ordered and installed them today I have return steer now but I’m correcting even more to the left now then before. Please tell me what do I do now I’m over this issue and every shop I have brought it to is useless!!
This should go back to whoever installed it, and stay there until completion, however, I bet this isn't an option three years later.
Since you've installed the radius arm drop brackets, and this corrected the issue, it appears that S@B was right. Now I wonder if any other necessary parts are missing.
Either way, it should get another alignment at some point. If there are no other necessary parts missing or other necessary steps incomplete, it's probably time for an alignment now, if for no other reason than to have an expert see what else might be wrong with it.
So took it in for a alignment they said it’s almost dead nuts, they looked over front end said my passenger tie rod has some play in it but he wasn’t convinced that was causing my problem so he said to swap that out and he can adjust the steering and will go from there. Just feel like I keep throwing parts at this thing!
