Help decoding my VIN

Hello, my F600 VIN plate is attached.
Thank you for any help. It does now have a 391 industrial engine.

V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.

P20882 = 1972. (May 1972 production)

I was using it as a water truck at my off grid place, but I built a new deck over water trailer, and now I am going to make it into a ramp truck and haul my 49 F1 to Ford truck shows. Going to install Battle Born brakes on it.
