Basically nothing, it will bolt right in
few things though
351 has a taller deck, which means you need his distributor too
The exhaust manifolds might be different depending on year
You will need to change the firing order if the 351 is a roller motor
Is your transmission manual or automatic and what is the 351 from, manual or automatic.
You have to be sure of this to have the correct flywheel balance.
Back in the '70s my friend owned this 1970 302 Maverick.
When he "built" the 302 he used 351W heads.
He said they had a little bigger valve than the 302 heads and a bigger combustion chambers.
He bored the 302 and used TRW 12.5:1 forged racing pistons.
The larger combustion chambers and 12.5 pistons gave him 11.0:1 compression.
That was my dad's1972 Ranchero GT with the 351C 4V.
It ran pretty darn good back in the day.
