2019 3.5L turbo oil feed line filter

New to me 2019 F150 with 3.5L EcoBoost. Unit now has 141K+ miles. Heard that turbo oil supply lines have an inline oil filter to protect oil contaminants from getting into the turbo housings. Since I don't know if these filters have ever been replaced and considering the mileage I contacted the local dealer about replacing them. Noone there was familiar with replacing them. Stated that turbos, exhaust, oil lines, etc. would need to be removed to get to these filters. Am just wondering if anyone has an enlightening information or has actually done this. P/N's are BL3Z6L625F and 625G. Thanks.
