I finally found a tach to install in my V-10 van. It is a iEquus 8068 3 3/8" Performance Tach. I obtained it from O'Rielly Auto Parts. The install was very simple as I had already wired the pillar for power when I installed my other guages. The tach is ready to use with 2,4,6,8,10&12 cyl. engines. All you have to do is press a selector button on the back to set the guage to match your engine. It also comes with two different feeds. One is an inductive pick-up and the other is for direct wiring. The tach wired into the signal feed from the ECM (white/pink stripe) on my 2001. I installed the green bulb covers to match the dash lighting. My only complaint is that the guage is white faced and all of my others are black. But I have looked for a while and for the price I'll accept it. Pictures to follow at a later date.

Where did you mount it ? Did it go into an A-pillar pod or somewhere else ? I wonder why the vans didn't get a tach option ? Probably because most all of them are used as service vehicles but you'd think that some of us who want or need a van would also like to have a tach and would be willing to pay a little extra for it.
