They said they smelled diesel in my 2013 F150 and said they flushed it, changed the plugs and one 02 sensor(Bank 1 Upstream( I think that's Sensor 1). I'm still having the same issue. Sometimes it runs rough at the lights, sometimes it doesn't want to start but will after 2-3 attempts. It runs with the engine light on and usually goes off after driving it for a while.
I did a code reading today and got this:
Powertrain Control Module---P1450-00 EC Cannot Bleed Up Fuel Tank Vacuum DTCs
Powertrain Control Module--P2196:00-68 Oxygen Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1 DTCs
Powertrain Control Module--P2198:00-68 02 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 2 Sensor 1 DTCs

 

I do have a capless gas tank but recently bought the key plug to keep something from stealing my gas, or putting something into my tank. Could that plug be causing the P1450 code?

 

^remove the plug altogether for a few days and see what happens

or remove the plug when in operation and install at night or truck not in use.
