2006 ford f250 6.0l transmission or electrical issue.

My 2006 f250 6.0l had the p0231 fuel pump issue. I replaced the fuse panel and that solved the fuel pump issue. After I replaced the fuse block, it started doing an intermittent no power. When i turned the key the injectors didnt wind up, and tje dash was blank. I would pull the cover to expose the fuse panel and slap the panel with my hand and then turn the key and it would get power. I checked all of the harness connectors at the back of the panel, they are seated. Recently, i've been having a hard shift in the transmission issue. And the other day, the truck just lost all power, going down the highway. Once I pulled over, I was able to get it to start again. I don't believe the transmission is the issue but i'm concerned that the fuse panel I put in may have bad connections or I have a faulty relay? Is this a possible relay issue? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you're slapping the fuse panel to gain connectivity, something is not connected correctly.

Take it apart and check the whole assembly and make sure you're harness grounds are connected.
