Wheel offset

Hello,
I'm going to buy wheels for my 94 F250 4x4 They will be 16x8 with 0mm offset the tires are 235/85/16. Has anyone experienced wheel rub? I can get wheels with a -12mm offset but I'm concerned about protrusion.

I doubt the 235s would rub, possibly a small amount at full wheel lock. I had 265/75r16 (same diameter, but wider) and they barely rubbed, with zero offset wheels.

I have coil springs, so they hit the radius arms, your leaf springs may have a slightly different geometry. You also may have to trim the OE bumper.

All terrain vs mud terrain will make a difference as well.
