Ford pass points ?
When you buy a new vehicle, the dealer is supposed to submit for the points to be awarded to your account, usually during the delivery process - including walking you through creating an account if you did not already have one.
You also earn FordPass points when you pay for repairs at or purchase accessories from Ford.
If you bought a new vehicle: Make sure you have a FordPass account (make sure it's the exact same email address that your dealership used when they sent your purchase info to Ford Pass), make sure you add the new vehicle to your FordPass account (to your phone/device while sitting in the vehicle with the key-on, confirming the addition to FordPass on the vehicle's Infotainment screen, then ... wait. Sometimes, they'll show up in a day or so. I've had some take several weeks to show up.

I believe they have to apply it to your account...but I'm not sure how they do that.
If you buy parts at the dealer, you have to order them through the service department to get the points. You also get points for non warranty service work. Points are also given if you buy off the accessories page.
You bought it as an option when ordering? Or you went to the parts dept and ordered it separate from the vehicle purchase?
