not this one george, across the road is a wildlife mangment area, behind us is a state lake and park, along side is a 18 acre perserved farm . NOPE no one will ever build tis what it is now,

plumbing is roughed in problems found with rotted out old drain pipe fixed, cement going down today, walls getting a fresh coat of spackling compound, to level them, floor tile starts going down saturday,

 

and oh yes coffee is ready,

No telling what NY will do , Charlie.Just outside of town, there are several acres of woods that were donated to the town
"to be left in it's natural state" So far it has. Even when trees have fallen, they were left alone.
Got a crew coming this morning to do some mold checking and spray foaming.

 

dogs out at 0300, so i put a pot up. 12 bags of cement down yesterday, contractors coming back sat to start laying the new tile floor, walls look like new,as man can these guys lay down spackling to where is fails to need any sanding, should be all done by the end of next week

I wish we could put a bathroom in the basement here. But, never going to happen. I liked the one I put in our first house in Virginia.
