A very nice rust free Texas truck from what we can see of it. But, looks awful short to be an F250 and pretty much no useable info like a photo of this interior. Six or V8? And when they are open to trades, most also have a price on there. Like for instance if he thinks it's worth 10 grand.... The person has no knowledge of how to sell something like this. 1700 miles? Oh well, someone local should go look. Maybe it's 500 bucks.
