I tried ordering some Ford parts online using ford.oempartsonline.com. The order went through to "Modern Chevrolet" and I have had no response to multiple emails and calls trying to find out if/when the parts will be shipped. Has anyone else had the same issue, or a suggestion on a better source for Ford parts for my 2025 F-350?
It looks like these dealers use RevolutionParts.com as the main company, but they refer me back to the original order with Modern Chevrolet.

There are numerous Ford dealers that sell parts online directly. I have used Lakeland Ford in Florida and another dealer (can't remember the name) in Ohio and had parts shipped directly to my door.
I have ordered from Cortese Ford in Rochester, NY. Their online web site is ford parts on sale. They process orders quickly and when I needed to contact them to confirm one of the parts I had ordered, the call was answered quickly and I got my answer.

Modern is a real dealership group, and they have a Ford dealer in their empire too. Chances are for accounting purposes, a Chevy dealership is used to make a lot of consolidated procurements.
