My imagenary friend thinks you have a mental problem

I have the twin captains chairs w/ center console, but curiosity
killed the cat and I went out w/ the flashlight to take a look-see anyway. I could not
find anything that resembles exactly what you describe under the power driver's
seat, but I did notice a piece of hard black plastic that kinda looks
like a weatherstrip clip -- it's about 8" long and is attached to the
carpet on the back side of the seat, which pulls it under for a
snug fit and must clip onto the seat frame somehow to hold it down
nice 'n neat. Sorry I cannot describe it better... does this maybe
sound like your "find" ?

Hey, Bob. Yea, I know what you saw....this is just the clip that holds the front of the cover to the seat frame. I don't know...maybe it goes up behind the cushion or sumthin' I know that a few weeks ago the front clip was loose and I clipped it back on...maybe it came from under the cushion between the cushion and seat frame...I'm going to take a closer look at the passenger side tomorrow to see if I can find anything.....Man I hate this! It's the less than abvious that rekindles the **** retentive response.

Hunter40, I got to thinking about it last night. It COULD just be something that was used as protection during manufacturing....and some were removed and some were not. Like I said, I don't readily see it on the passenger side, so aybe it is not a significant piece......just annoying when something falls off.....it aint usually normal if 'ya know what I mean. Thanks for the reply
