So the other day it started running rough it starts up fine and I have a code for glow plug 8 (changing all and the harness today w/ motorcraft). When it started running rough I scanned it and got cylinder 6 misfire. So I purchased an injector to have on hand. Now that the weather has broke and I was able to do more trouble shooting cylinder 6 isn’t showing a misfire none are but it still idles rough. It is studded deleted and there is no exhaust gases in the coolant attached are screen shots from Forscan any ideas and where to check next would be greatly appreciated. some injector issues don't throw a code, and if it's a harness issue could be intermittent. Like Benny said, it's easy to do a bubble test, and while it's idling, you can wiggle that #6 wire and lift/tug other areas on the harness that might chafe/ground to see if that has an effect. You say the weather broke...if you mean warmed up, maybe you had a stiction issue when it was cold.
