Other possible problems

I have an 02 f250 sd that blew #4 spark plug on highway…..i used the insert kit to install a new plug and coilpack. Cleaned out cylinder as instructions said and at same time installed new injectors on passenger side. All back together and it fired up but something still isnt right as it has no power and whole truck shudders. What else could happened when the plug blew out? Thanks in advance guys!

See which cylinder isn't making power... Unplug coil or injector one at a time.... Why replace the injectors? ford oem? make sure correct connectors on the injectors and coils.
