heater fan switch

The fan switch wont work. I have heat and def. Is it cable operated? Where is it. I only see the def cable and the heat cable?

its an electrical switch on the left side of the heater control panel
should have like 3-5 wires connected to it

Look under the hood on the firewall and you should see the fan motor sticking out. Hopefully there will the wiring there that you can unplug to hook up directly to power. This will tell you if the motors bad or the switch. If it is the switch, you can hit the boneyard for one. I also believe there is a small unit on the heater box that gives the different speeds. There was a post a few weeks ago about it...

Good luck...crappy time of year not to have heat...
