77'F-100 dually Conversion

I've got an 77' F-100 and would like to put a home brew stake body and a dually rear.Any problems?Any tips? beds pretty much shot

make a flat bed and put duals on it i have never done it, but thats how i would do it if i wanted a dually.

There are several threads here on flat bed or stake bed conversions. Converting the axles to duals has also been covered. It can be done with new axle setups etc etc.

Most dual wheel pickups are 3/4 ton or heavier (8 lug), you will probably have to swap in a heavy rear axle to be able to get duals. I doubt they even make an adapter kit for 1/2 tons.
