without being knowing more than what your user name tells us 2013 f150 3.5 ecoboost , and not able to hear what noise you are asking about, the many dealership master techs and a few factory engineers, in this forum have zero information available, that can better help you. as "noise from the engine" is meaningless, could be simple a bad belt idler, or deeper and very costly timing chain issues, engine bearing issues due to lost oil pressure, there's a large list of items that can make rapping noises
that leaves only 1 logical thing to tell you, have it towed to your local dealership or trusted repair shop
I what does it mean when my rapping noise in the front of the motor changes to a rap rap rap screech noise?
It means something bad happened. Like @charlie g said, we can't tell from what has been described so far what caused the rapping sound and what caused the screech. If I were guessing by probability, this would describe your air conditioning compressor seizing up. If I were a pessimist I'd guess the engine seized when a piston turned sideways or something. Somewhere in-between I might guess an idler pulley lost a big chunk, ran as long as it could, then seized. There are maybe a dozen other issues I can think of off the top of my head that might fit this description. If this is a 2013 F-150 3.5TT with 150,000-199,999 miles on it that is getting driven between 50,000 and 74,999 miles per year, I'd guess it's sudden drastic increase in workload might be related, especially if all these additional miles include towing or hauling.

Probably a good instinct!
As for next steps, your best bet with us would be to start a new thread in the 2009 - 2014 F150 forum describing the issue and including the year, make, model, odometer, and anything else you think might be helpful such as recent surgery and damage, how the vehicle gets used, and how many miles you've owned it. This will help the folks in that forum to better understand the symptoms through their screens and keyboards from the far side of the Internet.
i would start by checking the idler pulleys and water pump, as it's more of a bad bearing noise than a deeper engine .does removing the drive belts stop that noise?

Opening the hood and inspecting it coming from the front right side bank area near the top of the motor

They also told me I had a bad pass side front wheel bearing which has been 2 years since they told me last time they checked it out. And two front strut springs are broken. Turbos leaking oil, amongst other things
