2000 E350 600k miles
Saw this at a local junkyard. A mobility van with a wheelchair lift.

My '97 is analog. My junkyard observation is digital was implemented somewhere around 2005.
...... digital odometer.

All the clusters I see on eBay for 2000 E-series are analog and without tach.
