2010 no instrument cluster and no crank

2010 no instrument cluster and no crank
i have a 2010 xlt with the 4.6L. i boosted it lastnight cause the battery wasn't strong enough to roll itover after sitting 4 months and it was -30 outside also.So i got it runnig and put it in a heated garage and put the battery on 2 amp charge all night. went to start it this morning with the auto start and it was a no crank. got in to try to start it with the key and still a no crank.left key on and jump the starter and it rolled fine but no start.got back in truck and noticed the instrument cluster was dead. cycled the key and nothing only the airbag light is on nothing else. no guage cycling, nothing not even the milage works.checked all the fuses and all are good.ran forscan and it says no communicaion with instrument cluster. Checked battery all good cleaned grounds and positive connections still nothing on cluster any clues to what else i can check. my next plan is to swap my instrumen cluster but will a bad cluster stop it from cranking

I think 2010 has PATS in the instrument cluster (IC). You will need to find out why the IC does not have power. Use this link to electrical drawing for your model year.
