2004 excursion limited. Possible PCM
I do have decent mechanical knowledge of the truck as I have had multiple super duties from this period.
The truck ran, OK... Not great when I got it. It had a periodic stumble and it got worse as it got warmer. Cold starts required cycling the key multiple times to get the proper fuel pressure. The in line filter was very badly clogged.
It was having a bank 1 sensor 2 rich for the O2. No misfire codes.
The was probably 3 different types of coils on it, so I did a set of Denso coils and new plugs, easy for the most part. With the rich fuel, I assumed probably incorrectly but gain peace of mind and did factory reman injectors. Replaced the fuel filter and off we go. It smoked like all get out, which I expected from the rich code and burning off from the Cat. It still wasn't running right, and would stumble etc. then after shutting it down from a 10 min idle run I had cyl#3 2nd one back from the front have enough fuel in it to hydrolock the motor. Out with the plug, cleaned it all up, and ran it for 30 min or so. After another 10 min run a few days later, same symptom, #3 with enough fuel to lock he motor. The #3 plug has no signs of any attempt at ignition. A multimeter on the COP plugs for the passenger side bank show 1 wire continuos at 12.2v - power supply -and the other wire shows between 2.0v and 3.0v - PCM driver - with all of them wandering KOEO. My understanding is that this shows a bank failure of the PCM drivers and requires replacement of the PCM. I'd just like to run this by some humans as I have been using AI to assist in the electrical diagnosis. Since I have voltage and no shorts to ground, I am dismissing harness damage for now. Any insight or thoughts would be appreciated.
The other plugs on that bank are igniting, but some more poorly than others with soot etc accumulated after only 30 -40 min of idle runtime. I order a programmed PCM from fs1inc, I couldn't find any negative information about them. So I went for it.
Thanks for any opinions or insight.

I get ABS, O2, P0042, P0122, and a few other P codes - so we're gonna see if this computer can be put into the 2002 and program the PATS key. So far, seems to work.
