Truck now runs fine. I'm sure the O2 sensor is functioning as it should.
The PCM has been reinstalled in its nearly inaccessible location and buried by the fender well and cruise control module. Too much trouble to connect the Breakout Box. Not crawling under it to probe the connector.

Yes, the EEC-IV module is a PITA to remove, but if you take out the wheel liner, it is a bit easier. Taking the connector off the EEC-IV has never been easy.

Liner will be easier to loosen next time. I had a screw left over when I fastened it back.

I think most professionals have a draw with extra bolts/screws/nuts. I wonder where they get them?
