Well hopefully not weird. Maybe you guys can give me some advice. I have a 1999 F250SD with a 5.4. 232,000 miles. When I start the truck it's usually fine but when I go a few miles it starts to run rough, then after a bit clear up some and then back to rough.
Original plugs, coils and injectors. Fuel pump is my second replacement. OE fuel pump went till a little over 200K. Second one lasted a year and the current one is a year and a half old. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: forgot something, no check engine light
These COPs have an excellent lifespan, I would only replace a coil that is proven to be bad, I always carried two new spares and never needed them. I would do plugs and new rubber boots for the coils though.
