Long time reader and lurker. Don’t really ever post, no real reason, just don’t have time. But I appreciate the knowledge and support here. Thank you to those that post and share their knowledge. This is my 1956 big back window. Got it around 5 years ago, been restoring it and fixing things as I find time and money.
Here in southeast Michigan, visit every morning, rarely have anything to post except questions ,
51 M3 on its way back together, been driving it around the back roads I live on,set the bed on recently,1/4 diamond plate/floor plate for the floor.
wont bore you with more.
thanks for your help.

@Bklyn2Cali please feel free to post more. You've got a good looking 56 and a BBW to boot. As you read here you can post about almost anything. Are your V8 and hood emblems actually lit up? Either way, how'd you do that? Post pictures of your truck.
@fish pond same thing, please post more . They don't have to be questions. Post pictures of that big M3. And don't worry about boring us.... Many of us are retired and reading this forum is the highlight of our day.
I find this interesting, our forum is in the top 3 for popularity, with current viewers in the thousands at any given time, but less than 70 people have added to the roll call. Don't be bashful people, we're all friends here.
of course you had to do a screen shot where you were the last to post in the 48-56 forum lol
Lurker here from Idaho, member for four years. I visit every day and seldom post. But I have made some progress on the F500. The tired FT 361 has been replaced with a FE 390GT and the the front/rear axle swap was completed about 3 months ago. Disc brakes on the front and a Spicer 70HD rear. Currently trying to finish up on the rear brakes before Jan. 30 when I will take some time off for shoulder replacement surgery. Getting old (81) sucks but its still better to be on this side of the dirt. Hope to be on the road by late spring!
Wish I had more to contribute. This will be the year I get the old truck on the road! Maybe,... Thank you to everybody who helps make this very valuable resource so good!
I am here. I haven't been around very long (almost 5 years already so maybe I have). I mainly only come back to update my build thread once or twice a year when I get to work on my truck. I just updated my build thread if anyone wants to check it out and tell me what I am doing wrong (Build Thread)

Good luck with your shoulder replacement. I had it done February 2020. Plenty of ice and do the exercises. Are they giving you the anatomically correct device or the reverse?

LOL, strictly coincidence and luck of the draw. I just happened to be posting stuff when I made this post, too. Had I been doing it for vanity, I'd have made posts in every forum and then shot it.
Yes, I'm still here too, and have been for over 20 years, which makes me one of the longest-standing members here.
I don't have thousands of posts, but I'm here almost every day.
I'm always impressed by how enthusiastic you all are here and how great the information is.
I've also had my '56 for 22 years and still love it.

You might be our longest standing member from Europe.
