I hit a deer last night. What are my chances of straightening this bumper? Looking at it, it doesn't look promising.
One idea I had was to remove it, lay it under the truck on some dunnage and use my bottle jack to press the dent out, using the weight of the truck. But it's pretty twisted at the ends.
I have seen worse straightened by people without any sophisticated equipment. I probably depends on your determination and how much you want to spend on tools.
I was able to get mine 95% straight from a 3lb hammer and wood block. It was in a lot worse condition than yours when I T-boned a stolen Tesla. Time consuming bending and checking, but worth it to me!

What did you lay it on to hammer it out? The ground?
Great results! I like how you used part of the truck to fix itself. At least the bumper wasn't stronger than the weight of the truck. I don't suppose the deer turned out better.

As of yesterday, the deer was still there. It was gone today.
