Good morning and welcome to the weekend. We are turning over the house in AZ to our renters today. Then we are going to spend a day over in Scottsdale before heading back Sunday.

Good morning MN. Have a trouble free day. A chilly -5F with a bright moon this morning. Our January thaw looks to start after Wednesday through Saturday.
