Good early morning Alabama and John.. I think I like it pretty much.. I find I do more and get a bit tired.. Like tonight and last night I got of after 4 in the morning,,

Hi Steve, talks with the surgeon regarding my knee, says it's healed enough on its own and surgery would only make things worse. Had a cortisone shot in the elbow but need to have another shot to the other side of it in a couple weeks and now the other elbow is starting to give me pain..

I had both my shoulders done too , about 8 years ago. If it keeps up I may ask to get my knees done too...lol
