Not from the VIN but the body code would be a 66A (Standard Cab) or 66B (Custom Cab) compared to a conventional cab truck that would be a body code 81A (Standard Cab) or 81B (Custom Cab). The problem is they didn't start putting the body code on the warranty plate until 1963. But visually your truck is definitely a Unibody.

If you give at least part of the vin minus maybe the last 3 digits if you want to keep it private I can tell you month and year it was built. Looks to have a 1962 grille.
205,001 through 209,999 were built in August 1961 for the 1962 model year. Your F100 came with a 223 6-cylinder engine and was built at the Chicago, Illinois assembly plant. If that's a short bed, then it's fairly desirable. Appears as a Standard Cab not a Custom Cab but that's just from the lack of trim around the windshield so not 100% certain. The doors are unique to the unibody trucks - the body line down the side below the door handles is straight compared to the conventional cab trucks that have a dog leg in that same body line like in the picture below.
If no rust it could probably fetch $10,000 to the right buyer. Maybe more depending.
