The 2010 Ford E-250 uses an 8-lug bolt pattern with a 6.5-inch (8x165.1mm) bolt circle, typically on 16-inch diameter wheels, so yes they should bolt on you 76 F250 which is also 8 on 6.5 lug pattern. And running 16's gived you a much better range and availability of tires.

I think the old ones were 16 as well? I have a set at my farm I was always planning to dig out from a wrecked 83. I would like to upgrade to more modern rims but like the stock look and definately want to retain the factory hubcaps

A lot of the old ones are 16.5" rims. That's a size with much less tire selection.
What about any issues with “hub centric” vs “”lug centric”?
Iv’e read about it here. I think I’ve experienced it in the past and didn’t realize it? At one time I had an old E250 where the tire was wedged on the hub so tight it took a sledge hammer to get it off.
please correct me if i am wrong but were the early F250 and F350 8 lug wheels up until about 1982 '' coined '' at the lug holes ,, or was that a strictly done on dually rims only ,,, also the early rims were lug centric where as the newer wheels are hub centric.
Hertzhound very good point to think about.
John-9 pretty sure coined rims applies to dually rims only.
What I found...The 2010 Ford E-250 wheels are lug-centric, meaning the wheel centers on the lug studs/bolts, not a center bore; they use an 8-lug pattern (8x165.1mm or 8x6.5") and rely on the tight fit of the lug nuts for centering.
