Hello.so I bought a 1976 ford f250 4x4 highboy with np435 trans np205 2 speed transfer case dana 60 rear dana 44HD. Front axle big hubs. 360 cider. My question is on the rear leaf springs which are 2 1/4" i have the auxiliary springs but no spacer plate.can someone help me out with numbers or were to purchase spacers at thanks in advance.ed
That doesn't seem right. I think I have the same pickup as you, a '76 high boy with the 7700 GVW and I know it's unaltered. the spacer between the top spring and the overload is 1" .
I doubt they're reproduced, but it should be easy to find used ones or just fab a pair of them.
Approximate dimension. 5" long x 2 (or 2-1/16" max) x 1" thick as 440 stated. Shouldn't be too hard to find originals from folks parts trucks as its not a sought after part. Simple to make yourself or have metal fab shop make one. Probably requires center hole for alignment and retention.
