Broken Dash
So, I have the common "glovebox won't stay closed because the dash behind it is completely broken out" issue. Seems like LMC or someone should have a piece that would fix this problem, leveraging the remaining dash for support. Is there any such thing as a company that specializes in repairing broken dashes? I'm not sure about finding anything in a junkyard that is any better than what I have...but it might be worth trying. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow after the sun's up.

If your truck is an OBS, you have the very common broken support piece on the right side because it is plastic. On mine I built myself a replacement bracket made of metal. It's not real hard.

Thank you. I'm of the opinion that I'm going to pull the dash and start getting some serious skills with epoxy. Lots of cracks in the usual places, based on my past experience owning 2 similar trucks (1991 models).

Ford used to make repair kits for the mounting on the RH side of the dash breaking
Basically, just a metal plate that sandwiched in there with the OEM plastic and that fixed the mount
