On my new to me F-150 (1990 4x2 long bed) there's rust above the wheels on both sides. Wondering if there are any US-based manufacturers of the patch pieces to cut/replace these rusted sections.
Have you tried Classic Industries? They carry a few panels.
There are a lot of places that have those panels.

I have no idea if anyone is making those patch panels in the US or if they are all imported. I had that done in 2018. Seems to be holding up just fine.

If you're after factory sheet metal then you can look through Facebook Marketplace for an entire bed. People routinely bring them up from down south for projects and whatnot. I got a complete rust free bed for $1000. Took a few months of looking.
