Air Bag Code 27 Fixed
Instead of replacing the switch myself I figured it wouldn't hurt to take my truck in to the Dealership to have it fixed. Hind sight being what it is, I should have done it myself. My fault for not listening to the guys on this board. The end result was a bill for $240 and my extended warrenty didn't cover any of it. I already knew what the problem was which I tried to explain it to them but they charged me a $100 diagnostic fee any way. Then it was $75 for the part and $65 for the labor. Live and learn I guess.

Glad you got it fixed. Sorry to hear about the bill...sounds kind steep. 
The dealer probably didn't want to do any kind of repairs w/o doing the diagnosis themselves. Can't really blame 'em, I guess.
