Burning through PSOMs
I am on my 3rd PSOM. After the speedometer twitch, odometer failure and transmission going in limp mode I sent the PSOM to a shop for repair. They come back working perfectly then start twitching again, steadily getting worse until the needle stays on zero and the odometer fails. Something is burning up the specific diodes and/or resistors that are replaced with the PSOM repair.
I’ve already removed the RABS module and changed the VSS. Could it be dirty voltage from the alternator?
