Motor mount removal

I have a 2010 for f350 SD with the 6.8L V10 . pulling the engine but leaving trans in vehicle. do the motor mounts need to be unbolted from block or will taking out the frame mount bolt give me enough clearance when pulling engine up and apart from trans TIA

They should be able to stay bolted to the engine with no problem. The holes in the frame are slotted for clearance.
