4x4 Clicking

Hey y’all, I got a 97 F250 HD and I’ve got a clicking in my driver side 4x4 hub when I drive, I took the cap off it and it stopped clicking. I think the problem is the cap but I could be wrong. When I put my hand on the cap and roll the wheel I feel the clicking in the cap.

Where can I buy new 4x4 caps?
