Ford Transits

So the company I work part time for seems to have some issues with their rolling stock. 2017-2022 are the model years. We seem to be going through clearance lights, lugs and other small parts rather regularly, more than I would suspect. These receive regular maintenance I believe, now that we have an in house mechanic. Are these Transits cursed?
