My 26 F350 was showing 55% DEF on the gauge so I added about a gallon. Then noticed it was dripping out underneath the bed, even though the gauge is only showing 66%. I am assuming the gauge is incorrect?

It takes a few minutes for it to recognize, it does not work like a fuel gauge.
The 22’s have a 7.5 gallon tank. Not sure about the 26’s, although I doubt it would be smaller. If it is also a 7.5 gallon tank and you were at 55% you should have been able to put 3 gallons in no problem. If you saw something underneath leaking it wasn’t from overfilling. Keep an eye on it and if you see it leaking again take it back in. Or, crawl underneath and check. If it’s as simple as tightening something up it’s way better to just tighten it than go through the hassle of letting the dealership handle it…

I am taking it in for something else, so I will have them check it out.
