Middle row to middle row? Not sure what you're asking...
It's a pretty big job but you can just swap the upholstery. Check Youtube for how-to videos.
The leather on my '93 conversion's middle captains was the same as my front seats and was like new. I got rid of the middle and rear seats to open up the cargo area and I sure wish I had kept that upholstery because the front seats now are pretty worn.
