Motor mount help needed

My rebuilt FE390 is back from machine shop, detail painted and ready for final accessory install prior to re-installation.
I've hit a snag on the very first new part install that I hope can be overcome.
My cracked 1975 FE360 block had Ford original motor mounts that crossover to Anchor 2289 and 2290; the mounting holes on these parts are on 4" centers and fit perfectly on my cracked block.

New engine block which is stamped D4AE 6015-A has motor mount holes on 2.5 In centers.
Does anyone know the PN for the correct motor mounts?
Thanks in advance.
Tbruz

Update: I spoke with the seller of the block, He stated it was originally out of a 1964 Galaxy.
Apparently the first letter is a "C" not a D making it a 1964 vintage block; I see it as a "D" pic below.............
1964 Galaxy 500 motor mounts ordered......

Update 2: found this to adapt the early FE block to later style. This will allow me to use the 1975 motor mounts.

Thanks
