Is your truck lifted or stock? When I got my 2WD lifted it looked nose-high as well. When a friend and I measured it (top of wheel arch to ground) , it was exactly level. My friend says it "looks" like it is nose-high because the hood line is higher than the bed. So to correct the optical illusion, I had the lift kit installer swap the 1" rear blocks that came with the kit with 3" blocks.

Maybe you could bring the front end down with one of these? I'd like one but ... 1) $1400.00 and 2) its a bit much on a 2WD.
