Front Facing Camera in 2007 Grille??

I'm adding an aftermarket JVC/KW touch screen head unit with a backup camera.
The unit also has hookups for 3 additional cameras of which I'd like to add a front facing one to my grille possibly via a factory emblem type unit swapped from a newer F350.
I'm seeing aftermarket mounting bases being offered (for tailgate uses) that look to me like they would replace my grille emblem and allow me to re-attach my original emblem.
These bases don't come with the camera itself and I know a factory camera won't work in an '07 so I'm wondering if an aftermarket camera will fit correctly and work?
I have aftermarket Billet panels in my grille and bumper that I don't want to alter for an add-on camera....

Well I am going to order the aftermarket TAILGATE MOUNT for an '08-'16 Super Duty ($20) and play with it. If it fits and works like I want it to I'll FIND an (aftermarket) camera to fit it.
More later......

I have now bought a complete emblem/camera setup (Aftermarket) thats made for '08-'16 TAILGATES.
The unit WILL fit the '05-'07 grille and has a little smaller Ford emblem that attaches with 3m tape.
It COMES WITH a camera and wiring harness and only requires the RCA and a 12+ and a ground to operate.
Installation should be easy!
I mainly will use this camera when parking to make sure I'm pulled up close enough but not too close.

Not really for me. I keep my truck pretty clean and don't go off road.

Oops, thought this thread was going to compare front- vs rear-facing grille cameras.
