Help with ordering u joints please

I live on a remote island without any services, so I can't just walk into a parts store. All three U joints on the rear driveshaft are entirely shot, along with the carrier bearing. Truck is a 2004 F250, 5.4 liter, XL, 4wd, crew cab, long bed. I would like to replace them with Spicer, greaseable if possible, but not sure what ones to order. Mail-order stuff usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive, so I really don't want to get the wrong ones. There also seems to be a ton of options for the carrier bearing. The one I have seems to be 2.25 inches from mount to the center of it.

I hate to say this but you might have to try to mic the U joint caps and cross sections to get the right ones. Weird that I cant even find a Spicer listing on Rockauto for the 4x4.
