Identifying connectors help

Hello all,
I have an '87 F150 5.0L, 4x2, EFI, XLT Lariat model and I need help identifying a few connectors and wires to see where they need to be connected at. I have the '87 Ford shop manual, but am having trouble deciphering these connectors to their respective spots. Any assistance helps, thank you. Here are the pictures, I apologize as they may not be the best of quality.
This is the biggest one and it appears to run over to the battery side i believe.

I have another one of these 2 pin connectors but its labeled aux lighting. Could this be the same?

This is a 4 pin connector.

I imagine this was a connector at one time but this is all that is left. I thought maybe it goes to the master cylinder.

If you have a manual, depending on quality, the wiring is ID'd by wire color code, number of pins, pin number on the plug, shape of connector & if it is the male or female side of a harness or device.

Look through the areas of manual that most likely pertain to what you're looking for. There's only so many sub systems under hood.

Somebody who can ID everything will show up shortly, I have ideas, but would probably be wrong. Good luck.

Thanks man. I keep digging through the shop manual from Ford but it is archaic and a bit difficult to decipher from what is what. I'll keep trying though and I appreciate you taking the time to assist in any way that you can.

Also I must note that the truck starts, runs, and drives fine. I'm just looking for the systems these connectors go to so that I can either find a plug or cap them off.

Sometimes, this can cause problems! I’m the same way, if I find it, I have to figure it out. Do you have auto or manual trans? Cruise control? If you have it, it works? The last pic looks like someone prior ran something and removed it before selling. They look like generic grey wires with added connectors.

So its an AOD transmission, works just fine, have cruise control that works too. They appear all to be original equipment as the last one was wrapped in the factory wire looming. Thats whats weird. Everything is working fine but what could these possibly go too? If its optional equipment plugs then thats fine, I'll just wrap and stow them. These are all located on the Drivers side engine compartment right next to the air filter housing. We're about to put a brand new engine in some I'm trying to clean up the bay quite a bit.

Also meant to add that it appears I'm missing the brake level indicator switch located on the side of the master cylinder.

There are a lot of wires, connectors and relays in that area.
One thing you could try is, using a test light poke around and when you find a hot wire start pulling fuses when the light goes identify the fuse that will give you a place to start.

A shop manual isn't going to be the easiest to find what each connector is for. If you have a Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting manual that would be a bigger help.
